Beyond professional success, I dream of having a peaceful and balanced life wherein i prioritize health, spending time with my love ones, and personal growth. From Struggles to Success: 4th Quarter Journey

During the last quarter of the school year, i gained a lot of knowledge into frontpage development, network fundamentals and network cabling. The activities we had wasn't easy but gladly i survived. Even i encountered a lot of problems, at least i learned a lot. I learnedhow to create and design a webpage through MS Frontpage, focusing n adding elements without thinking of codes. In the area of networking, i gained new informations about networks and its kinds. The hands-on experience in making a network cable taught me about different techniques and how to properly terminate and test the cable. While doing those hands-on, i encountered a lot of problems especially in making webpages since i am not that familiar with its features. In networking and network cabling, understanding network protocols and the connectivity issue were challenging as i create reliable cable connections, particularly crimping and testing cables, required patience. "WE"is just a simple word, but it does a lot. The word signifies unity and responsibility. It's a call for individuals and communities to work together to promote inclusivity and breaking barriers. True gender equality is not just treating everyone the same, but also understanding the challenges and dismantling systems of discrimination. The theme reminds us that achieving gender equality isn't just a women issue but it's a human issue.

The festival is anually held in Vigan City, the center of the Province of Ilocos Sur, this celebration express the unique history, achievements, and customs. the word "Kannawidan" is an Ilocano word which means inheritance or legacy, highlighting the importance of preserving and promoting cultural practices and values from the past generations to future generations. The main objective of celebrating the Kannawidan Festival is to promote the province's diverse elements. One of the main attractions of the festival is each of the municipalities, displays their local product or their trademark. Valentines is a Celebration of All Love Forms

  Valentines is a special occasion celebrating love in all forms. It is celebration liked to Saint Valentine, wha was believed to have a secret marriages, and it's globally evolved and became a tradition to express love and appreciation to others. Celebrating Valentine's Day because love is an essential part of human. Valentine's is a reminder to cherish people who matters to you and this can be expressed by gestures and words or written letters. Though love should be shown every day and this give us a chance to be more intentional in expressing it. For me, I express affection or love by shiwing appreciation to my love ones, writing letters containing words of encouragement, and spending quality time with them. And for me,   Love is not just about grand gestures; it's about consistency, sincerity, and making others feel valued and cared for.

The Journey of Collaboration: Lessons and Experiences from Community-Based Research

  Completing our Community Based Research was difficult and fulfilling at the same time. In the initial stages, we tried to find a topic that was deep enough to make an impact on the community. After deliberating, we agreed on a focal point of the research problem and outlined our methodological approach. But the first step was not as easy – organizing our time, setting deadlines, and making sure that everyone was synced took quite a lot of effort. Despite these challenges, we were adamant about completing productive research. The most complex challenge we came across was during the data collection stage. Considering that the project required community engagement, it was imperative to contact participants, distribute questionnaires, and conduct interviews. Some people were very reserved, while some were eager to express their ideas. We came to understand how important communication and patience is, as well as the importance in truly paying attention to the people we worked with. Th...
