  Valentines is a special occasion celebrating love in all forms. It is celebration liked to Saint Valentine, wha was believed to have a secret marriages, and it's globally evolved and became a tradition to express love and appreciation to others. Celebrating Valentine's Day because love is an essential part of human. Valentine's is a reminder to cherish people who matters to you and this can be expressed by gestures and words or written letters. Though love should be shown every day and this give us a chance to be more intentional in expressing it. For me, I express affection or love by shiwing appreciation to my love ones, writing letters containing words of encouragement, and spending quality time with them. And for me,   Love is not just about grand gestures; it's about consistency, sincerity, and making others feel valued and cared for.

The Journey of Collaboration: Lessons and Experiences from Community-Based Research

  Completing our Community Based Research was difficult and fulfilling at the same time. In the initial stages, we tried to find a topic that was deep enough to make an impact on the community. After deliberating, we agreed on a focal point of the research problem and outlined our methodological approach. But the first step was not as easy – organizing our time, setting deadlines, and making sure that everyone was synced took quite a lot of effort. Despite these challenges, we were adamant about completing productive research. The most complex challenge we came across was during the data collection stage. Considering that the project required community engagement, it was imperative to contact participants, distribute questionnaires, and conduct interviews. Some people were very reserved, while some were eager to express their ideas.
